Sandro Assogna

As a qualified lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, I practiced for over ten years at Deloitte Avocats in Paris. After graduating from Bocconi University, I have developed a strong expertise in tax law and wealth structuring.

I provide tailored support to my clients at every stage of their wealth management journey: investment (private equity, real estate, LBOs, trusts, life insurance, partnerships and private companies), governance through the management of holding companies, international mobility of both the entrepreneur and the business, and finally, the transmission of wealth to the next generation.

I also regularly assist and defend clients during tax audits and litigation.

As a delegate of the International Bar Association (IBA) and a member of the French Institute of Tax Advisors (IACF), I contribute to legal and tax doctrine as an author in the journal Ingénierie patrimoniale, published by JFA.

Trilingual, I advise an international clientele: I am fluent in English and fully bilingual in Italian.
